ARTICLES MADE OF HIGH PURE ALUMINIUM (ALUMINIUM OF SEMICONDUCTOR PURITY) & ALLOYS ON ITS BASE

A5N and A6N Aluminium of semiconductor purity (accordingly 99,999% and 99,9999% by base material mass) in accordance with TU 6-00-00205133-63-97.

Alloys of aluminium semiconductor purity on the base of A5N and A6N aluminium brands:
AK1 (1% silicon), AM1 (1% cooper), AT05 (0,5% titanium), AK1T05 (1% silicon, 0,5% titanium), AK1M05 (1% silicon, 0,5% cooper).

The GIREDMET Experimental Analytical Certificate Center has certified the Aluminium and the Alloys on its base that they have contented 73 components of additives. Materials are designed for microelectronics.

The enterprise has a quality management system according to ISO 9002:1994, Certificate ¹959655 was issued by LRQA Goteborg 27.05.99.
